VP, Sector Business
Jacky Lin has served on the PXISA Board of Directors since 2010, helping advance the global adoption of the PXI and PXIe open standards for high-performance automated test and measurement. As Vice President of Sector Business at ADLINK Technology, Jacky leads strategic partnerships and business development while championing innovations in modular hardware platforms, edge computing, AI-enabled systems, and software-defined test solutions.
Representing ADLINK—one of the industry's leading providers of PXIe controllers, chassis, data acquisition, vision, motion control, and edge AI computing platforms—Jacky is passionate about driving open architecture, accelerating technology innovation, and fostering a collaborative ecosystem that enables next-generation measurement, automation, and intelligent industrial applications. He believes the future of Test & Measurement lies in the convergence of high-performance computing, real-time data acquisition, AI at the edge, and scalable open standards.

R&D Senior Manager
Jarrett Gardner is an R&D Manager at Keysight Technologies, where he leads global engineering teams focused on advanced modular instrumentation platforms and technologies. Based in Santa Rosa, California, he oversees multidisciplinary development organizations spanning hardware, software, firmware, and program management.
As a member of the PXISA Board of Directors, Jarrett brings experience in engineering leadership, product development, and modular platforms. He is committed to supporting the continued growth of the PXI ecosystem and advancing open industry standards that enable innovation in test and measurement.

Loofie Gutterman is a co-founder of Marvin Test Solutions, Inc. (formerly Geotest-Marvin Test Systems, Inc.) with over forty years of experience in the test and measurement industry. Mr. Gutterman’s tenure with Marvin Test Solutions has afforded him many roles within the organization including Vice President of Systems Engineering, Chief Operating Officer, and President.
Mr. Gutterman is the driving force behind Marvin Test Solutions’ strategic leadership in the test and measurement industry. His experience in the development and design of commercial and military test instruments and turnkey solutions has enabled the company to focus, promote, and expand the PXI- based product line and its unrivaled offering of armament test systems.  He is also involved in the test and measurement community through his commitment to and participation in organizations such as PXI Systems Alliance (PXISA) and NDIA. He was the president of the PXISA for 15 years and was instrumental in helping PXI gain industry acceptance in the early days of PXI.

Product Management Director
Emerson – Test and Measurement Group
Deb Burke is a Director of Product Management at NI, now part of Emerson, leading PXI platform product strategy and bringing innovative new PXI products to market. With over 15 years of industry experience in the Automated Test and Measurement industry, Deb has led software, driver, and hardware product management teams and previously managed NI’s involvement in the Linux Foundation.
Deb has served on the PXISA Board of Directors since 2025 and stepped into the president’s role in 2026. She has worked with multiple PXI instrument vendors through partnerships at NI and brings a strong customer focus to decision making with the goal of expanding PXI adoption across the Test and Measurement industry.

Kyle Voosen is a Test & Measurement leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning product strategy, go-to-market, and industry advocacy. As Product Marketing Manager at Pickering Interfaces, he is helping expand the company’s position beyond switching into broader signal-path and test system innovation. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at National Instruments, building expertise across modular hardware, software, and customer adoption. Kyle is also active in the wider test community through industry events and advisory work with emerging T&M ventures. Originally from the United States and now based in the UK, he combines commercial strategy with technical depth to help engineers design and deploy complex test systems faster.
